I just placed my order. How do I know you got it?
Once you submit your order and your payment is processed by Paypal, you will receive a confirmation email from bauxo as well as a receipt from paypal.

How long do I have to wait to get my goods?
Orders are processed and shipped within two business days of receipt of order. Please look at the shipping page for transit times.

Do you ship to countries outside North America?
Yes! Of course. If you are ordering from outside Canada or the US, send us an email of the products you would like to order. We will then put together an invoice with a shipping cost and transit time and email it to you. You will then be taken to Paypal so you can make payment. Once we receive your payment, we will ship you your order.

I need more details about shipping.

Once your item is shipped, you will be sent a tracking number for your package so that you can keep an eye on it.

How are my items packaged?
Each piece is packaged in with a name card and placed inside a white cloth BauXo bag with a satin tie.

When will I be charged?
Once you submit your order, you will be taken to paypal to complete payment for you order. Paypal will charge your card at that time.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

bauxo does not offer returns or exchanges. If you have any questions about our products before ordering, feel free to email us and we will do our best to accurately represent our products. Once you are ready to place your order, please be sure that you want it.

We stand behind our products 100%. If you have any complaints about your items due to quality or misrepresentation, please email us and let us know. We will do our best to rectify the situation and if we are unable to do so, we will offer you an exchange. NO EXCHANGES WILL BE GRANTED WITHOUT YOU CONTACTING US FIRST.

If your item(s) arrive on your doorstep in completely unacceptable condition due to shipping damage, or they are lost, let us know within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot give returns or exchanges for items lost or damaged during original or return shipping. This is covered by the courier's insurance policy. If an item is damaged during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us and the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt of the item. We will then have to file a report with the company and can only give a refund once it is confirmed after investigation.
