If you have any questions about our products before ordering, feel free to email us and we will do our best to accurately represent our products. Once you are ready to place your order, please be sure that you want it. We stand behind our products 100%. If you have any complaints about your items due to quality or misrepresentation, please email us and let us know. We will do our best to rectify the situation and if we are unable to do so, we will offer you an exchange. NO EXCHANGES WILL BE GRANTED WITHOUT YOU CONTACTING US FIRST. If your item(s) arrive on your doorstep in completely unacceptable condition due to shipping damage, or they are lost, let us know within 24 hours of receipt. We cannot give returns or exchanges for items lost or damaged during original or return shipping. This is covered by the courier's insurance policy. If an item is damaged during shipping, it is the customer's responsibility to notify us and the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt of the item. We will then have to file a report with the company and can only give a refund once it is confirmed after investigation. |
